Our Refund Policy
At SlimVita, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements or consumable products
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that cryptocurrency refunds may take additional time due to network confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
